Lead the visual, verbal and strategic teams to deliver global brand solutions
for biopharma, manufacturing, medical device and consumer industries. My
clients include Honeywell, Danaher, GE Healthcare, UCB, and CIFF (Children’s
Investment Fund Foundation). Activities include brand messaging and global
brand standards, with external and internal activation planning. Earned the agency's first International awards for brand, campaign, social anmd multi-cultural marketing.

clinical strategists, digital designers, and brand storytellers to create patient-
centric experiences for top BioPharma brands. Our approach focused on the
purpose, the story and the moments that engage a diversity of stakeholders.

Managed a department of 20 talented art directors,writers, medical writers, digital designers and creative directors. I had the task of transforming the creative department of this former RM shop into a brand design agency with
full-service strategic and creative capabilities. Upon joining MMC, I introduced
a number of system improvements and led the development of a new Strategic Planning Process that now leverages the behavioral science differentiation within the agency through the use of the Conversation Brief. In addition, I led the agency’s path into global pharmaceutical marketing, working with the WPI network.

Led the creative development and operations for GSW global brand assignments in New York, Newtown and Columbus offices. My team was responsible for building creative platforms and campaign books that were implemented across a 13-agency global network. I manage and implemented diabetes, neuroscience, oncology and cardiovascular brands through GSW affiliate agencies in the UK, France, Sweden, Mexico, Germany, Spain and Italy. Prior to this role, I launched a series of oncology brands for Lilly, and managed creative teams for women’s health, diabetes, HIV, critical care and oncology businesses
